Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at paul@littledinhware.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and, if approved, send you a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Because all sales are final, we do not process exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out and we’ll take care of it.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at paul@littledinhware.com
